The Dirtbag Diaries: The Modern Dirtbag

05/06/2015 by John

Dirtbag Diaries LogoBy the end of the day, I came to a conclusion: this question, about what it means to be a dirtbag and whether or not dirtbagging is dead, it misses the point. Things change, the world evolves, and everyone holds their own nostalgia for the good old days. For me, it’s simple. I think dirtbagging is more of a mindset that somebody carries with them throughout life than a current life situation. I believe if someone places climbing, or any adventurous endeavor, at a premium in their life they will always be, in some way, a dirtbag.
